BOLIVAR, Mo. — ±«Óãtv student Hailey Summers of Berryville, Ark., was honored by the ±«Óãtv University Libraries as the Outstanding Student Assistant of the Month for September 2017.
University Libraries’ faculty and staff established the monthly award to recognize outstanding employment characteristics – dependability, quality of work, motivation, attitude and cooperation – demonstrated by the student assistants employed at the library.
Summers, a social work major, received an award letter from Dr. Edward W. Walton, dean of University Libraries, a certificate of recognition and a gift. Summers is a student assistant in the media services department and is one of the 30 part-time student assistants working at the library as a part of ±«Óãtv’s work-study program.
