±«Óãtv names Homecoming queen and king candidates
±«Óãtv students have nominated five seniors as candidates for Homecoming Queen and five candidates for Homecoming King. These candidates have been selected by their peers, and the winning King and Queen will be announced at the homecoming football game at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.
Belz to give poetry reading at ±«Óãtv
The Barnett-Padgett Literary Artist Series of ±«Óãtv will be presenting poet Aaron Belz in a reading of his work at 6 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 28, in Rohrs Auditorium of the Taylor Center on the Bolivar campus.
±«Óãtv hosts the McCain Duo for guest artist recital
The ±«Óãtv Department of Music welcomes guest artists Dr. Martin McCain and Dr. Artina McCain as they perform solo and duo repertoire for trombone and piano at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 21, in the Meyer Recital Hall of the Casebolt Music Building on the Bolivar campus.

±«Óãtv dedicated the Robert W. Plaster College of Business and Computer Science and re-dedicated the Gene Taylor National Free Enterprise Center in a ribbon-cutting ceremony held Thursday, Sept. 7, outside the Taylor Center on the Bolivar campus.

Hardin to speak at ±«Óãtv's Constitution Day
Dr. John Hardin will be the featured speaker at ±«Óãtv's Constitution Day at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 15, in the Joe Roberts Room of the McClelland Dining Facility on the Bolivar campus.

±«Óãtv will host the annual Homecoming parade at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 23. Local businesses and organizations are invited to have a float in the parade.

±«Óãtv's Nancy Delmont, MSN, RN, had her Quick Medication Guide published as an educational resource in "How to Teach Students to Think Like a Nurse," a collaborative publication by Keith Rischer, RN, MA, CEN, CCRN and Patricia Pence, EdD, MSN, RN.
