Taylor Parrish and Kendra Zwicky were announced as the 2017 ±«Óãtv Homecoming King and Queen at halftime of the Bearcats' football game against Quincy University on Sept. 23

Alumni awards presented at ±«Óãtv Honors Chapel
Seven ±«Óãtv alumni were honored with special awards in recognition of living lives of service at Honors Chapel on Friday, Sept. 22. The event marks the beginning of Homecoming festivities and also featured the presentation of the 2017 Homecoming court.

The ±«Óãtv Department of Music will present a faculty piano recital at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 26, in Meyer Recital Hall of Casebolt Music Center on the Bolivar campus.

±«Óãtv opens theatre season with "Inventing van Gogh"
The ±«Óãtv Theatre program opens the 2017-2018 season with "Inventing van Gogh," a play written by Steven Dietz and directed by ±«Óãtv student DJ Luckel. The show will be presented at 7 p.m. Sept. 21-23 in the Davis-Newport Theater on the Bolivar campus.

±«Óãtv to present alumni awards during Homecoming Honors Chapel
Homecoming festivities at ±«Óãtv will begin with Honors Chapel at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, in Pike Auditorium, when seven alumni will be recognized for living lives of service.

±«Óãtv Homecoming little sisters, little brothers selected
±«Óãtv has selected the "little sisters" and "little brothers" for Homecoming 2017. Each child will escort a king and queen or prince and princess candidate during the Homecoming parade at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 23. The "little sisters" and "little brothers" are grandchildren or children of ±«Óãtv employees.
