Secret Service director to speak at ±«Óãtv on Constitution Day
Retired United States Marine Corps Gen. Randolph "Tex" Alles, current director of the U.S. Secret Service, will speak during the Chapel service at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 17, in Pike Auditorium at ±«Óãtv.

Waldrep to give poetry reading on Sept. 13
The Barnett-Padgett Literary Artist Series of ±«Óãtv will be presenting "poet extraordinaire" G.C. Waldrep in a reading of his work at 6 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 13, in the Davis-Newport Theatre of the Jester Learning & Performance Center on the Bolivar campus.

The ±«Óãtv Springfield Campus held a dedication ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 30 for the naming of the nurse training center - the Wayne & Diana Hutchins Center for Nursing Education.

±«Óãtv received a generous gift from Windstream on Tuesday, Aug. 28, as part of the renovation project of the Gene Taylor National Free Enterprise Center, which was completed in the summer of 2017.
