±«Óãtv's Board of Trustees voted this week to add four members from within the University to the Presidential Search Committee.

Enhancing the heart of campus

Aaron Hayes saw a need on campus and wanted to find a solution. He noticed there were more people on ±«Óãtv's Bolivar campus eating their meals outside or just choosing to be outside this spring in part to more restrictions inside related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

±«Óãtv to host master class for violin, viola students April 15

±«Óãtv's Division of Arts and Humanities welcomes David Hays, violin professor at Missouri State University, who will conduct a master class for ±«Óãtv violin and viola students of Carol Harrison from 5-7 p.m., on Thursday, April 15 in the Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.

Speaking Bearcats in Top 10 at Nationals

The ±«Óãtv Speaking Bearcats placed 10th in individual events sweepstakes, 11th overall in debate and speech sweepstakes and had two competitors earn All-American honors at the 2021 Pi Kappa Delta National Comprehensive Tournament on March 18-21.

±«Óãtv's Division of Arts and Humanities welcomes guest artists Dr. Mary J. Trotter (piano) and Mikalia Bradberry (mezzo-soprano), along with Dr. Sarah Howes, soprano and ±«Óãtv assistant professor of music, in a recital, lecture and post-recital discussion at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 28 in Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.

±«Óãtv's Board of Trustees selects search firm for presidential search

Executive search firm CarterBaldwin will assist the ±«Óãtv Board of Trustees with the search and selection process for the University's 26th President.

±«Óãtv sends out mission project teams

After having to cancel mission project trips last spring because of the COVID-19 pandemic, ±«Óãtv's Center for Global Connections (CGC) commissioned four teams during Global Connections Week to serve over Spring Break 2021.
